Our extensive focus on quality provides our customers with durable products. Our products are rigorously tested, for we understand durability is key to the long lifespan required to reduce impact on the environment.
We offer a wide selection of spare parts and accessories to help extend the use of our products. And customers can call on our dedicated service team when maintenance is needed.
In addition, our own repair centre restores and sells returned products – easy camp NXT LVL ensures hundreds of tents are re-used each year.
Responsible materials
We continuously review developments in materials and processing techniques as part of our effort to minimise our impact on the environment.
This leads us to adopt and develop initiatives to help reduce hazardous waste, lower energy and water consumption, and improve the longevity of products. These include the introduction of recycled polyester, solution-dyed fabrics, and acid-free anodisation.
Responsible manufacturing
Our experienced sourcing department carefully selects manufacturing partners based on multiple criteria. With our company’s local representation and more than 30 years of trustworthy collaboration, we have unique advantages when choosing the right facility for any given product. Long lasting products are delivered through experienced handcraft and modern production facilities.
We rigorously follow the recognised methodology laid out by the amfori Business Social Compliance Initiative (BSCI). This provides a Code of Conduct that ensures constant commitment with our production partners to actively work for human rights.
Responsible packaging
We continuously work to reduce the use of plastic in our packaging and have substituted plastic with cartons.
We also follow a detailed waste management protocol in our warehouse to ensure materials are recycled to further minimise waste.
